Aligning Pre-Licensure Nursing Curriculum with the NCLEX Blueprint: Key Drivers of Student Success
1. Analyze how institutional philosophy, nursing trends, and stakeholder input inform nursing curriculum design.
2. Evaluate the effectiveness of a curriculum evaluation strategy using a scenario-based approach aligned with program outcomes and policy standards.
3. Create a verbal plan to revise a course or curriculum component based on program outcome data, stakeholder feedback, and current best practices.

Participants will use the backward design process to align student learning outcomes with program-level competencies and progression indicators.
Participants will define observable, measurable behaviors that reflect mastery of learning outcomes and support individualized student progression.
Participants will evaluate and select appropriate formative and summative assessment tools that align with CBE principles and support student success.
